Key Responsibilities:
1. 指导IPQC日常工作 
2. 检查IPQC的日常报告，跟进改善方案的执行和预防措施的有效性情况
3. 培训和教育技术员做不良品分析
4. 召集CFT小组成员做持续改善。
5. 组织CFT成员开原材料质量会议，填写内部的8D报告；制定纠正和预防行动
6. 跟进改善行动直到关闭，同时更新跟进表
7.制定和更新IPQC程序文件
8.培训IPQC检查员  
9.提供技术支持给IPQC检查员，优化测量方法
Requirements:
1.College or above, electronic or polytechnic education background.
2.Has more than 3 years working experiment in electronic manufacturing company as process quality control or quality assurance function, automotive industry related company is preferred. 
3.Command basic quality tools such as 5-why analysis/Ishikawa analysis / SPC/MSA/8D report/ process capability analysis/error proving concept.
4.Familiar with ISO/TS16949 management system regarding process quality control and monitor.
5.Familiar with quality control plan.
6.Quick response for process abnormity handling. Be able to organize continue improvement activity of process related quality issue. Has strong ability to detect potential risk of manufacturing process. Has proactive quality concept/mindset.
7.Be able to write and read English within working range.   
8.Good communication skill within cross function team.
