Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement daily production plan, improve quality while report production abnormality status to manager in time.
2. Organize resource and review production schedule, balance & maximize production capacity and output to enhance productivity.
3. Organize CFT meeting to solve daily production issue while improve production performance.
4. Train subordinates to strength their capability.
5. 5S and safety control.
6. Accept new task, just as Monozukuri line development.
7. Yearly enhance group performance by target setup/daily task followup.
8. Organize additional projects throughout TM, just likes visual inspection optimization and QCC etc.
Requirements/Qualification:
1. Junior college or above, majored in electronics & mechanism, preferable with training in enterprise management
2. Basic knowledge of ISO9000, understanding of quality tools, preferable with QS9000 VDA6.3 or TS16949
3. Automation and mechanical knowledge, sense for new automation device launching
4. Good communication, leadership and teamwork spirits
5. Attention to details style, for human management and process control
6. A transformer (or component) manufacturing experience will be preferred
7. Good PC skills, MS-Office
8. Good command of Chinese Mandarin, be able to read English and written English will be a plus
