Key Responsibilities:
1: Department Administration
1. Set up a capable team, especially new automotive local design capability.
2. Material standardization.
3. Implement & optimize design review process for local project.
2: Product Development
1. Inductive component design and project development.
2. Support PM visiting customer for technical communication.
3. APQP meeting with PM.
3: Mechanical Design
1. Construction design for new product.
2. Construction design for new packaging material & drop test follow-up.
3. Follow up action regarding technical topic for tooling up.
4: Material Approval
1. Raw material approval & standardization.
2. Excel & SAP BOM & ED inventory management.
3. Coordination & management for tooling up.
5: Engineering Lab
1. Lot card check and take follow up action (w/ Munich PD).
2. PCS (part comparison sheet) check and confirm with project leader.
3. PPAP coordination (check, consolidation & submit to Munich window).
Requirements:
1. College graduate or above, majoring in electronic component and/or relative subjects.
2. Having 5 years or above magnetic component design work experience and at least 3 years PD department management experience.
3. Good knowledge of the magnetic component design; Good leadership and supervisory skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent oral and written English and Chinese; Good presentation skills.
4. Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.
