Key Responsibilities:
Major Responsibility 1：Strategy 
(i)  Improve purchasing system and process                   
(ii)  Involve in establishing and maintaining purchasing strategy and drive the relevant functions for strategy implement action
Major Responsibility 2：Process
(i) Support to establish and maintain World-class purchasing strategic process       
(ii) Support to optimize purchasing system and operational process     
(iii)Support concerning departments to overcome difficuilties in supply chain
(ⅳ)Coordinate relationship between colleagues and external suppliers
Major Responsibility 3：Sourcing
(i)  Deploy and maintain proper supplier base to support company business and strategy
(ii) Intergrate cost analysis and price negotiation & contract management  
(iii) Cost saving according to the target 
(ⅳ) Contract following up and management 
(ⅴ) Team work in project and target fulfillment
(ⅵ) Coordinate relationship between colleagues and external suppliers
Major Responsibility4 .Reporting
(i)  Regularly reporting import project status to SO Manager                                                      
(ii) On time reporting for the target assigned to SO Manager
(iii) Reporting supplier performance to SO Manager with improvement proposals

Requirements:
1. Engineering background or relevant sourcing /purchasing experience.
2. Understanding of the parts drawing.
3. Good negotiation & communication skill
4. Good oral and written English.
5. Understanding of quality system and tools.
6. Good market knowledge of our raw material
