Key Responsibilities:
1. As the bridge, detailed communicate with supplier for TDK's requirement and criteria.
2. Define the inspection method for IQC.
3. Provide the technical support to IQC and improve the inspection items and test method.
4. Work with supplier and IQC to establish and maintain DMR rule for raw material inspection.
5. Maintain SQA procedure and operation instruction.
6. Work out the operation procedure and WI and monitor the implementation.
7. Solve or conduct SQA engineer to solve raw material issue detected in IQC, production line or at customer.
8. Require supplier to provide 8D report and improvement action plan and follow up the implementation.
9. Develop and manage total quality of suppliers, incl. physical quality
10. Monitor KPI and maintain supply quality complaint system
11. Liaise with supplier/subcontractor as a window in case of any quality related problems of raw materials which require closer examination/verification.
12. Implement the supplier process audit according to the audit schedule or when the serious quality problem caused by raw material.
13. Before releasing the new material approval,  check PPAP and sign PSW if needed.    
14. Support SO/SQM to audit supplier if needed.
15. Manage or conduct supplier to establish and maintain a good quality insurance and control system.
16. Continuously push supplier to improve and optimize their supply quality system.(Example ISDP)
17. Assist Sr.SQ manager or SQA manager to work out the training plan and monitor the implementation.
18. Work on the working plan with SQA engineer and monitor the implementation.
19. Provide the help and instruction to SQA engineer's daily work.
Requirements:
1. College or above, majoring in electronics, electrical automatic control or a related field.
2. Solid experience in the electronics component production, preferable to work experience in QA & Engineering filed. 
3. Good command of IATF 16949, VDA6.3,EPQM knowledge, e.g. internal auditor
4. Good command of QC tool and IATF16949 five tools.
5. Good communication skill
6. Good oral and written English
